We proactively perform compliance program audits and counsels clients regarding due diligence for corporate reorganizations. We also provide government audit support services and responds to subpoenas and government I-9 investigations.

We also provide representation for compliance relating to Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B petitions.
